How to Immigrate to the USA with a Work Visa USA. Discover 5 Common Options.

Hey everybody. Coming to you live from
Sarasota, Florida This is immigration attorney Ili Subhan and I want to talk
to you today about the five most common work visas that companies can sponsor
highly skilled workers, or entrepreneurs, executives, and investors, can use to
start businesses here in the United States. The first is the B-1 business
visitor visa that allows you to enter the United States for up to six months
and do business transactions and business negotiations including signing
a commercial lease, starting a limited liability company, and so on. The other one is called an H-1b for a specialty occupation temporary worker visa. Those
have now been fulfilled for the cap this year, so you have to look to alternatives.
Now, for instance the E1 treaty trader visa which allows you to enter the
United States and conduct trade between your home country and the US. You have to be a member of a treaty trader country. Also, the E2 treaty investor visa allows
you to enter the United States and invest in an existing business or to
start a new business. Again, you have to be from a treaty trader country. And,
lastly the fifth option is the L visa you have to have a foreign company and then you can transfer as an executive, a manager, or a specialized
worker to start a new office here in the United States, or transfer to an existing
office. If you have any questions about immigration options for you, please
