How To Bring your Vietnamese Fiancee to the USA? Gen 65

Your Personal Immigration Guide Hi. My name is Fred Wahl. I am a bonded immigration
consultant, with 36 years of experience, and a 100% success rate. Todays topic is: How To Bring your Vietnamese
Fiancee to the USA? Your Vietnamese Fiancee needs permission from
the US government to allow her to enter the USA. This is called a K1 Fiancee visa. First we work together to assemble a thick
packet of forms, evidences and civil documents. This is required to demonstrate that you are
eligible to apply, and that your true agenda is a genuine
life together, not immigration fraud. My signature philosophy is that a petition
should be “front loaded” with high quality evidence of a bone fide relationship. My “front
loaded” petitions prepare the way so that your Fiancee will have an Easier interview. The petition package is mailed to the United
States Customs and Immigration Service. USCIS takes about 4 to 5 months to review
and approve. When finished, USCIS hands the case over to
the US State Department’s National Visa Center. Fiance visa applications are held only briefly
at NVC, just long enough for NVC just long enough for NVC to assign a Ho Chi
Minh City case number and forward your file via diplomatic pouch to Vietnam. Once her petition arrives in Vietnam, your
fiancee contacts the Consulate requesting her interview be scheduled. There are two US consulate service locations
in Vietnam, but only ONe, the Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City is reponsible for the processing
of all Fiance visas. So even if your gal lives across the street from the US Embassy in Hanoi,
she will still have to make the trip to Ho Chi Minh City for processing. Two weeks before her interview date she undergoes
a medical exam at one of the two approved medical clinics in Ho Chi Minh City Finally she attends the visa interview at
the consulate in Ho Chi Minh City, to demonstrate she is of good moral character and the engagement
is Bone fide. A week later a courier delivers her visa,
and then she can join you in the USA. I make the process sound simple. But its not.
It is easy to make rookie mistakes that can derail the entire process. specially as the
consulate in Ho Chi Minh City, has the highest denial rates, of any US consulate, If you want it done right. Guaranteed. I can
help. This is Fred Wahl your Personal Immigration

  1. This video is very helpful. My fiance and I watched some of your videos about k1 visa. We applied paperwork in the begining of Dec, but my fiance forgot to send money. He tried to send money but he couldnt. A half month later, USCIS sent all of our paperwork back to my fiance. And then he tried to send it again. A month later, they sent a form to my fiance. Instead form G325A, we sent G325. After I tried to send him my new G325A. It took almost 3 weeks for my fiance tp get my the form and send to USCIS. After two days they get our new forms, they approved our applications and sent to NVC. Omg!!!! We didnt think they made it that fast. They approved only 2 months. We are so happy. Thank you sooo much!
